Inturupts
I have used this build for pvp and pve mainly for killing spellcasters using slow spell casting (and some fast if i time it right) and warriors because of their slow skill attacks but it works well here are the stats:
Attributes
Marksmanship 12
Critical Strikes 12 +1 +3
Skills:
Way of the Assassin
Way of the Master
Critical Eye
Disrupting Accuracy
Sloth Hunter's Shot
Keen Arrow
Called Shot
Ressurection Signet
The first four are the only important ones you can change the build to try and increase defense/offense

Way of the sin is not needed.
Or well atleast 1 of the 3 is not needed.
you already have about 30% crit rate from attributes alone, then you add stuff like Way of sin which is +crit so 63% or something near that, then Way of the master..... you have maybe 80 crit or so.
you could just remove critical eye and put something in there.
80% crit is more than enough, ad you'll get energy like mad.

Yes i will but its required to keep them up there and have enough energy to use attack skills but with 104% critical strike chance (added up all together not actually possible) its great to inturupt every hit and do decent damage

You shouldn't spam attacks anyways.
If your interrupting enough your already doing something, adding damage to it is just flavor.
If you remove something maybe Critical Eye, you still have massive chance to critical but you can put an additional skill in that place.

that looks like one I used in RA a little while ago
though I still like using the popular sin heal instead of way of perfection, I am at school and can't look up the skill

Would Critical Defenses work on an A/R build like this? It would be nice - gives your character an almost constant 75% to block incoming attacks. It would be self-sustaining, so long as you're scoring critical hits, and could last much longer than Whirling Defense or any of the other Ranger defensive stances.

If you're running Disrupting Accuracy then IMO you need all of critical hits buffs you can get. It's already a rather unreliable skill on its own, because there's no guarantee you'll be able to stop all menacing spells and skills 100% of the time so the better odds you can get the better IMO. This is something I learned in the Ring of Fire when handling Ether Seals.
I like spamming Called Shot when I run this, the increased arrow flight speed is pretty nice. Needling Shot can be cool too if you fulfill the condition.
